What to wear for New Years Eve

New years eve is just around the corner, 2011 is coming to an end. Here are 3 comfortable but trendy outfits I made as possible NYE outfits. The 3 outfits I made are simple, and easy to put together. My fur vest, snake print clutch and leather leggings are the main items. You have seen me wear the fur vest and leather leggings plenty of times on this blog.

Burgundy and Grey

My niece Ida and I were wearing the same colors, and we didn't even plan it. Great minds think alike:)

I bought these amazing burgundy pants at Forever 21 for only $19.50! They were the last ones in my size, it was a sign. During the day I spent time with my sister and my nieces, we went to lunch and went Christmas shopping after. My niece Ida and I had the same colors on, I thought it was so funny. Later that night my boyfriend and I went out to dinner, I threw on a jacket and my fur vest. It's been pretty cold here in San Diego, I need all the layers I can get haha.

Watch The Throne

Yesterday my boyfriend and I drove up to LA for a concert, not just any concert Jay-Z and Kanye West  live in concert, Watch the Throne. The concert was amazing, or as Kanye West would say "that shit cray!!" I have seen Jay-Z in concert before two years ago, and it was a great show. This was my first time seeing Kanye West live in concert, and it was unbelievable. The show was everything I thought it would be. They are both great performers. They ended the show by playing "N%#$ in Paris" 9 times in a row.

Mount Soledad

Today I started my day early, I went to my niece's water polo game at 8am, then after I went to breakfast with my sister and my two nieces. We ate at the eggery, a breakfast restaurant in Pacific Beach. Today my sister and I had some bonding time, we even went shopping at Urban Outfitters. Urban Outfitters right now has a huge sale!! I got the boot's I'm wearing at Urban Outfitters last week for only $43:)

Country Western



It's Friday and that means the weekend is here! I wanted to share my outfit with all of you, this is my Western inspired outfit, well it isn't really, but after I put the outfit together I realized I look extremely country western, all I'm missing is my horse and my cowboy haha. I hope all of you have a safe and fun weekend. This weekend I'm going to an ugly Christmas sweater party, I will posting pictures of my ugly sweater hopefully sometime next week:)

I'm as free as my hair...

This weekend I was in a hair show, my hair stylist Fred did my hair and make-up. It was the hair salon Hairspray's re-opening, they remodeled the salon. There was food, drinks and dancing.  It was a lot of fun, I was flattered my hair stylist Fred asked me to be in the show. Fred is the reason why my hair is healthy and beautiful, so thank you Fred:)

I just can't get enough of....

Burgundy Lips, I love this look right now. I think the reason why I'm into burgundy lips right now is because I get too lazy to do my eye make-up. To wear this lip color you have to do light eye make-up. It's a fast make-up routine for me. I just put on mascara, eyeliner, blush and lipstick and I'm good to go:) The one I have is from M.A.C It's called Overdone:)

Faux fur, I love fur right now, fake fur of course. I love animals, so that means no animals were hurt in the making, well at least with my fur vest. The best way to wear a fur vest is to just throw it on with anything. Don't over think your outfit, the best outfits are put together last minute. The one I have is from Foreign Exchange. It was only $24

Knitted sweaters, Ok this is my obsession right now, I am in love with Knitted sweaters. Wear a knitted sweater with leather leggings, some Jeffrey Campbells and BOOM you look HOT:) I found my knitted sweater from H&M for $30.

Leather Leggings, these suckers are hotter than hot right now. Leather leggings go with just about anything, no joke. It makes a white t-shirt look sexy. I bought my leather leggings from Forever 21 for $17.

Ssssssnake Print!! Anything with a snake print right now is my favorite. Clutches, Shoes, Pants, Shirt, awesome boots, snake print is amazing right now and for next spring 2012:) I bought my snake print clutch from Asos for just $21 and my snake print leggings are from H&M for $18.

Make a statement!! This is honestly the most fun trend right now. I am having a blast with all my bracelets and rings right now. I have bracelets that I have worn like this from Forever 21, and H&M, I mix them together and like to throw in my watch in the mix as well:) My statement rings are from Forever 21 $2.99 and this exact one on top from ebay also $2.99. 

Floppy Brim Fedora's, all I can say is HOTT!! To make an outfit stand out just throw on a hat:) I bought mine from Forever 21, for only $17.

Drake's new album Take Care is on repeat right now. I recommend this album to anyone who likes good R&B and Hip Hop. He's incredible

Watch The Throne, This album has been on repeat for a couple of months now. Jay-z and Kanye West are amazing, put the two together and it creates pure talent!! It's a must BUY!!
